A member of the Association may be an insurer that operates in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and has a transparent ownership structure. Admission is decided by the Presidium of the NASU.

Data exchange
PDMA is a market data exchange project in which 29 insurers (20 non-life and 9 life) disclose their performance indicators on a voluntary basis. Insurers outside the NASU may join as well.
The Association is free for entry and exit of new members. A member may be an insurer that carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and agrees to comply with the rules of participation in the Association.
